Oak Tree has a strong to commitment to base all that we do on sound, biblical principles, as we recognize that there is only ONE Counselor, the Holy Spirit of God. Biblical modalities such as scripture and prayer will be applied to facilitate the counseling process.

  • How do I make an appointment?

  • What is an "INTENSIVE" counseling approach?
We encourage clients to highly consider one of our INTENSIVE formats of two, three or four days. These multiple, consecutive-day formats provide a concentrated and focused time to unfold the counseling process in a way that allows for important insights and new tools to be given and practiced in a safe and effective manner with less "erosive loss" that can often be a factor in week-to-week counseling approaches.

  • What about confidentiality?
As a client, you are guaranteed the protection of confidentiality within the bounds of the client/counselor relationship in accordance with the NBCC Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and the laws of the State of Missouri.

  • What do you mean by Pastor-to-Pastor services?
Ken and Carol were involved in pastoral ministries for over 30 years. They understand the unique needs of those involved in the pastorate to have a place where their hearts can be encouraged and cared about in a confidential manner. Whether it is a need for counseling, encouragement, accountability, or just a safe place to talk "pastor-to-pastor," they have a special desire to be of service.
